Shipping Policy
Jack Russell Life - Down South Dog Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada.
Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business day of receiving cleared payment. Please allow extra time for handmade items.
USPS is our preferred carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return it. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund of purchase will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
